Start with things you like, add a few new things you haven’t tried, and discover new flavor combinations.

 
  1. Wash and cut your veggies and have them ready to go!

  2. Heat the pan, add oil and start with the veggies with the longest cook time (like brussel sprouts or carrots).

  3. Add veggies and a little water or stock in staggering order, seasoning a little each time you add a new veggie to the covered pan. (Seven Tiers of Seasoning works great)

  4. Stir gently, Taste Often, and Enjoy on top of Rice or Noodles!
